The annual Henderson Memorial Public Library Association Meeting will be held on Sunday, November 12, 2023 at 2 pm.
All Association members are cordially invited to attend the annual business meeting to vote for open positions on the Henderson Library Board of Trustees and to enjoy a cake and sundae bar. This year we will be asking members to approve some minor changes to the Association by-laws and constitution, to vote for your choice of candidates for the board of trustees, and join us in reviewing this past year 2023 and looking ahead to 2024.
Spine Label Plaques will be available for purchase that day for the HMPL Legacy Murals.
Attached below is the agenda for the 2023 Association Annual Meeting and the list of this year's candidates for board of trustees. All documents are also available at the front desk in the library for your review.
Association By-Laws and Constitution can be found at the front desk for Association members to review and will be available the day of the annual meeting.
Please attend this year's annual meeting to cast your vote. You must have a Henderson Memorial Public Library card to vote, and be 18 years or older. You must be present to vote.
